Aligning partners for Capacity Building

The Capacity Building Commission (CBC), in collaboration with its knowledge partner Kaivalya Education Foundation, convened a Partners’ Meet bringing together key stakeholders from Assam, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, and Odisha. The convening marked an important step in aligning partners on the end-to-end implementation framework of the capacity-building programme across intervention states.

Opening the session, Ankita Singh, Director, CBC, highlighted the transformative potential of the initiative in strengthening capacity at the grassroots and driving long-term systemic change within governance structures. Her address set the tone for a collaborative, outcomes-focused engagement.

Impact Assessment Partners, Technology Partners, E-Learning Partners, and other knowledge collaborators presented their roles within the implementation architecture, ensuring clarity on responsibilities and integration points across the ecosystem. Impact Assessment Partners shared comprehensive baseline findings, establishing a strong data foundation for tracking progress and measuring outcomes over time.

The Karmayogi Bharat team showcased the digital learning ecosystem underpinning the programme, including scalable e-learning modules designed to support continuous learning for frontline functionaries. A live demonstration of a voice-enabled AI chatbot illustrated how multilingual, real-time support can enhance last-mile service delivery and problem-solving in the field.

The session concluded with open discussions, resolution of implementation queries, and the articulation of clear deliverables and timelines for the next two months. The meet reinforced shared ownership among partners and laid out a coordinated roadmap for accelerating capacity-building efforts across states.
