Doodling My Way!

I have always had a passion for art, but in the last year, I discovered how it helps me relax, be present in the moment, and handle difficult situations. I started practicing doodling in my free time, and I've found that it regulates my emotions, especially in challenging situations. Staying inside the lines and focusing on the patterns allows me to forget stress and negative thoughts, enabling me to enjoy the present moment.

I began searching on Google for various patterns and also started art journaling to express my emotions. Over the past year, these creative pursuits have helped me manage my emotions, providing a platform for self-expression.

About 5-6 months ago, I thought, Why not promote doodling with my peers and fellows to help them express themselves and manage stress?

I started creating reels and posting them on Instagram, sharing my journey and insights. Additionally, I extended my reach by sharing my posts on LinkedIn.

The response has been incredible. Many individuals reached out through personal messages, WhatsApp, and other channels, expressing gratitude and sharing their experiences with doodling. It's heartening to learn that they've adopted doodling as a stress-relief technique and have found solace, stopping overthinking during difficult moments.

In promoting the art of doodling, I've not only shared my personal experience but also created a supportive community where individuals can connect, express themselves, and find relief through this creative practice. The journey of sharing my passion has not only enriched my own life but has also made a positive impact on the lives of others, nurturing a sense of community and well-being.
