Using street theatre to promote vector-borne disease prevention

A Nukkad Natak at the 44th India International Trade Fair (IITF) raised awareness on Malaria, Filaria, and Dengue in collaboration with NCVBDC. The performance communicated simple preventive actions: removing stagnant water, using mosquito nets, maintaining clean surroundings, participating in Mass Drug Administration with DEC, Albendazole, and Ivermectin, and seeking timely treatment for early symptoms.
